Our clerks enjoy excellent relationships with court listing staff, ensuring the smooth fixing of applications and trials in all divisions.
We offer expert assistance in all aspects of arranging urgent ex-parte hearings.
Our approach to fees is to be transparent and flexible. We work with traditional brief fees, daily rates, hourly rates and where appropriate, conditional fees.

Members of professional organisations and others licensed by the Bar Council can instruct direct under the Licensed Access Rules.
Anyone can instruct a barrister directly under the Public Access Scheme. Click on Public Access for details of how the scheme works.
If you are considering coming directly to a barrister rather than through a solicitor intermediary, please complete our Public Access Questionnaire, which helps you to set out the basic details of your case, before contacting us.
