Led by Lee Tyler, our clerks provide an efficient and professional service. Client care is paramount, through regular contact, clear communication and above all, a friendly and accessible approach.

Our clerking team handles enquiries, advises clients on barristers' suitablity and availability and books barristers for clients.

Our clerks enjoy excellent relationships with court listing staff, ensuring the smooth fixing of applications and trials in all divisions.

We offer expert assistance to our clients in all aspects of arranging urgent ex-parte hearings.

Our approach to fees is to be transparent and flexible.  We work with traditional brief fees, daily rates, hourly rates and where appropriate, conditional fees.

Terms and Conditions of Business.

2TG has adopted both the COMBAR New Terms and Conditions and a 2TG revised version of the Bar Council's New Standard Terms.

We expect the majority of instructions to be accepted under the COMBAR Terms but retain the facility to offer and/or accept work under our 2TG Revised New Standard terms if appropriate.  Our COMBAR Terms may be found here and our 2TG Revised Standard Terms here.

Direct instructions are accepted under Licensed Access rules and the Public Access scheme.

We welcome feedback on all aspects of our client service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please contact Sarah Webbe, Chambers' Manager on 02078221272 or swebbe@2tg.co.uk
