Insurance Notification Clauses Post-Macca

Date: 24/05/2017 CPD: 1.5 CPD hours Cost: Free Venue: 2 Temple Gardens, London

The Court of Appeal’s recent decision in Maccaferri v Zurich [2017] Lloyd’s Rep IR 200 is now the leading authority on notification clauses in public liability insurance.

Bob Moxon Browne QC and Lucas Fear-Segal (who appeared for the appellant in Maccaferri) will examine the Court’s reasoning in the judgment, and also provide some practical guidance on how to interpret and apply commonly encountered first and third party cover notification clause wordings.

We would be delighted if you could join us. We will start promptly at 6.00pm. The seminar will last about 1 hour and will be followed by drinks and canapés.

This is a free event which qualifies for 1.5 CPD hours.
