Guest Speaker: Dr Martin Dobson: ‘Subsidence: When is a Risk a Real Risk?’
With a wealth of experience as an expert arboriculturalist in subsidence claims,  Dr Dobson takes another look at the controversial case of Berent v Family Mosaic Housing Association [2012] EWCA Civ 961, in light of recent cases including Pattichis v London Borough of Enfield.

Registration is from 4.45pm and the seminar will commence promptly at 5pm.
