You are warmly invited to a joint DIFC-LCIA and 2TG seminar on Current Issues in Arbitration.

The seminar will be chaired by Mohamed ElGhatit, Director and Registrar of the DIFC-LCIA, with talks given by barristers from 2 Temple Gardens, London.

Experienced arbitration practitioners Neil Moody QC, Charles Dougherty QC and Tim Killen will discuss topics including:

The incorporation of arbitration clauses;
The use of the courts before and during the arbitration process; and
The effect of the new DIFC-LCIA rules.

The talks will conclude with a short Q&A session, followed by drinks and canapés.
