The New Landscape For Fraudulent Injury Claims

  • How cases such as Zurich v Hayward, Rizan v Hayes and Brighthouse v Tazegul demonstrate a new intolerance of fraudulent claims
  • The application of S57 Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 in practice
  • How fundamental is fundamental dishonesty for QOCS purposes.
