We handle all aspects of non-marine insurance and reinsurance disputes, including jurisdiction and choice of law issues, policy coverage and avoidance of cover for non-disclosure and misrepresentation.
We act for and against insurers and reinsurers and deal with all commercial policies, including those covering financial and contingency risks, aviation risks, construction and international CAR and professional indemnity risks. Our involvement may range from policy interpretation to the robust cross examination necessary to defeat a fraudulent claim.
We have significant experience with compulsory RTA and EL policies. In 2011, 2TG acted in one of the highest value EL cases yet brought in theUnited Kingdom.
We also have highly-respected expertise in life, PHI and critical illness cover.
We are recognised as achieving innovative, expeditious and commercial solutions, both in the traditional role of counsel and as part of multidisciplinary teams. We can work in French, Swedish and German.
