Luka Krsljanin Invited to Speak at the PNLA London Conference on The Future of Disclosure
Luka Krsljanin was invited to speak at the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association’s London Conference on 19 June 2019.
Luka spoke on the following topic: ‘The Future of Disclosure? A Short Look at the Disclosure Pilot in the Business & Property Courts’.

Luka specialises in tackling high-level Disclosure Issues. He was junior counsel in UTB v Sheffield United Limited  EWHC 914 (Ch), the first major Judgment on the new Disclosure Pilot, and is presently engaged in the trial of that case: a complex ownership dispute involving allegations of bad faith, fraud and bribery.
He previously acted for the owners of Premier League football club West Ham United in a series of successful disclosure applications last year, culminating in the Court of Appeal’s landmark judgment on litigation privilege in WH Holding v E20 Stadium LLP  EWCA Civ 2652.
