Daniel Crowley and Timothy Killen will consider aspects of joint insurance, with a focus on issues which arise in the context of construction projects and tenancy agreements. The talk will include an analysis of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in Gard Marine and Energy Limited v China National Chartering Company Limited (the “Ocean Victory”) [2017] UKSC 35 and provide some pointers as to the current state of the law in this area. The talk will be introduced by Neil Moody KC.

This seminar will be most useful to those who practise in construction, insurance, property damage and professional negligence.

We would be delighted if you could join us. We will start promptly at 6.00pm. The seminar will last about 1 hour and will be followed by drinks and canapés.
