Doré Green and Tom Montagu-Smith will examine the nature and scope of liability for fire, its spread and control; and the practical problems which arise in proving and establishing liability. In particular, they will consider liability for fires caused by third parties, limits on liability and problems arising where there is a lack of forensic evidence as to the fire’s cause. It is anticipated this talk will be of particular interest to those acting for claimants in subrogated recovery claims arising from fire, public liability insurers, and those acting on their behalf.
We should be delighted if you could join us for this informative seminar. The evening will commence promptly at 5.30pm, will last about an hour and will be followed by drinks and canapés.
