  • The circumstances in which a child Defendant will be held liable for his or her actions, in light of Orchard v Lee;
  • The role that contributory negligence has to play in claims brought by children;
  • The circumstances in which parents may be held liable for the acts of their children;
  • Quantifying a child’s claim, including the approach to evidence.
