Supreme Court decision on vicarious liability

Benjamin Browne KC, Roger Harris and Isabel Barter appeared on behalf of the Respondents in Mohamud v WM Morrison Supermarkets [2016] UKSC 11 in which the Supreme Court considered the circumstances in which an employer should be vicariously liable for an assault committed by an employee on a customer.
