Bob Moxon Browne KC and Steven Flynn acted for the claimant in a complex ICC Arbitration involving claims in excess of £2.7bn relating to a major, prestigious London regeneration project.

Instructed by Dr. Michelle Chen on behalf of one of the world’s largest construction and investment groups, they secured an Award in their client’s favour on all points.
