We appear in international courts and arbitral tribunals all over the world, frequently acting on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. We are particularly well-known for managing cross border litigation on matters of jurisdiction and applicable law and appear regularly in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Ollie Gillen-Smith is Joint First Junior Clerk at 2TG.
Ollie started his career as a clerk in 2008 and joined 2TG in 2012. After 2 years at another leading set, Ollie returned to 2TG in May 2025.
His key responsibilities include, diary management, fee negotiation, practice development, work allocation and the building and maintaining of client relationships.
Ollie has completed the Bar Council Direct Public Access course, and in 2020 was awarded a professional qualification by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
