She will be joining from DWF Advocacy where she is currently Head of Commercial. Emma is ranked this year’s Legal 500 as a key lawyer in commercial litigation stating that “Emma Walker is a very good barrister, with a keen eye on the detail and all its moving parts.”
Emma has excellent expertise in dealing with high-profile disputes across a range of industry sectors including in commercial, banking, construction, oil and gas and aviation. She has a particularly good reputation in the Gulf Region, and has acted in ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA and UNCITRAL arbitrations as well as in complex commercial and employment law litigation. She will be an excellent addition and we look forward to supporting Emma as she continues to advance her career.”
Emma adds “I am delighted to be joining 2 Temple Gardens and am really excited to start this next chapter of my career at a set that enjoys such a progressive and supportive reputation in the market. I was naturally drawn to 2TG due to the obvious synergies with my own practice. It is just a perfect match.”
