Sonia Nolten will examine what is meant by a “reasonable opportunity to abate” in subsidence claims.

Ben will provide an overview of various approaches to making, and defending, a business interruption claim and an insight into some of the non-accounting documents which can be used in support of such claims.
EXPERT EVIDENCE: SHOPPING AND HERDING
Daniel Crowley and Isabel Barter will look at recent cases on expert shopping, the Ocensa Pipeline Group Litigation Action  EWHC 1699 (TCC) and give some practical tips on using experts.
THE CHANGING FACE OF MEDIATION
Andrew Miller QC will provide an update on current trends and hot topics in mediation.
