Andrew Miller KC (Barrister and Civil and Commercial Mediator) will be looking at the rapidly changing face of mediation over the last few years, the current trends and the likely role of mediation in the future of the litigation dispute process.  In the light of the recent CA case of Thakkar v Patel [2017] EWCA Civ 117 Andrew will be considering the question as to whether mediation is any longer, in reality, an Alternative Dispute Resolution process.

The seminar is suitable for solicitors, insurers and others with familiarity and experience of the use of mediation as part of the litigation process.

We would be delighted if you could join us. We will start promptly at 6.00pm. The seminar will last about 1 hour and will be followed by drinks and canapés.

This is a free event which qualifies for 1.5 CPD hours.

If you wish to attend this event please respond to Deborah Francis at seminars@2tg.co.uk
