We would like to invite you to a half-day seminar with a series of talks focussing on claims under the Occupiers Liability Acts of 1957 and 1984; the liability of animal owners under the Animals Act 1971 and the obligations of landowners to users of highways and rights of way. The intricacies and anomalies of the Fatal Accidents Act will be analysed in detail.

We are also delighted that Charlie Lane, one of the country’s leading Equestrian Experts, has agreed to attend as our guest speaker.

Registration is from 1.45pm and the seminar will commence promptly at 2pm.

A drinks reception will follow at 5.00pm.

This is a free event and will be accredited with 3 CPD hours.
