The New Landscape For Fraudulent Injury Claims
Nina Unthank, Hayley McLorinan and Emily Albou will cover:
- How cases such as Zurich v Hayward, Rizan v Hayes and Brighthouse v Tazegul demonstrate a new intolerance of fraudulent claims
- The application of S57 Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 in practice
- How fundamental is fundamental dishonesty for QOCS purposes.
