Jonathan de Rohan acts in high profile cinema death case

An inquest jury has found that a man who became fatally trapped under a cinema seat’s footrest died accidentally. Ateeq Rafiq died a week after he got stuck searching for his possessions under the seat at Vue Cinema complex in Birmingham’s Star City.

Jonathan acted for the Spanish seating manufacturer, Figueras International Seating at the Inquest in Birmingham Coroner’s Court between 16 – 23 May 2019.
