Charles Dougherty QC successful in Court of Appeal: Lemos v Lemos & Anor [2016] EWCA Civ 1181.

Charles represented the successful appellant in retaining a freezing injunction over a high value London property owned by an offshore trust on the basis that there was a good arguable case that the property could be enforced against to meet the debts of the judgment debtor.
