We appear in international courts and arbitral tribunals all over the world, frequently acting on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. We are particularly well-known for managing cross border litigation on matters of jurisdiction and applicable law and appear regularly in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Insights
We are delighted to announce that Niazi Fetto and Sonia Nolten have both been successful in their applications for silk and will be officially appointed King’s Counsel on 27th March 2023.
Niazi specialises in the areas of personal injury, employment and clinical negligence, often acting in high profile group litigation. He is a member of the Treasury ‘A’ Panel and is regularly instructed in important and high value claims of public interest. Band 1 ranked in both of the legal directories, Niazi is described as “outstanding” and with a “tireless work ethic, a fierce intelligence” and as someone who “puts clients completely at ease.”
Sonia is an experienced commercial dispute practitioner specialising in insurance, professional negligence and property damage, areas for which she has been recommended in the legal directories for many years. She is lauded as being “Absolutely excellent in all areas. Thorough, responsive, great on her feet, very good on paper, technical expert and commercially astute”.
