Joseph has extensive experience of advising on and litigating limitation disputes in professional negligence claims, both at the interlocutory stage and at trial. He will also examine the tactical issues which crop up when dealing with limitation.
George has experience of advising on and litigating professional negligence claims in relation to a wide range of professions. He will be providing an update, including recent case law developments, in relation to relief from a range of statutory and court imposed sanctions as well as non party costs orders against legal professionals.
