The 2TG Group Litigation Team is delighted to invite you to its half day seminar on current issues in Group Litigation on Wednesday 14 May 2025.

The morning of talks will cover a range of topical issues in Group Litigation and will be held in person at the lecture theatre and conference space at Inner Temple.

The seminar will be chaired by Charles Dougherty KC and members of the 2TG Group Litigation Team will address a variety of topics including jurisdiction and applicable law in Group Litigation, routes for collective redress, disclosure and confidentiality, and the question of generic vs individual pleadings, looking at these topics from both a claimant and defendant perspective.

The seminar will also include two panel discussions on the key issues relating to commencing, running and succeeding in Group Litigation.

Registration and breakfast are from 8:45am with the talks beginning at 9:20am. The seminar programme will be followed by a lunch reception at 12:30pm. We hope our attendees will enjoy this opportunity to meet, mingle and network with fellow professionals.
