On 26 April 2023 the Supreme Court handed down yet another judgment in this area in which Lord Burrows said it was “now possible to pull together the legal principles applicable to vicarious liability”. In this talk, Roger Harris and Tom Fairclough discuss how those principles have been pulled together, untangle any questions that remain open, and look at where the law goes from here.
