We appear in international courts and arbitral tribunals all over the world, frequently acting on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. We are particularly well-known for managing cross border litigation on matters of jurisdiction and applicable law and appear regularly in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

All our barristers are self-employed but have chosen to join our Chambers or ‘set’ for the benefits of shared services, including clerking and marketing, accommodation, training and support. Direct access allows members of the public and organisations to instruct a barrister without having to go through a solicitor. There are two types of direct access to barristers.
