Our approach to fees is to be transparent and flexible. We work with traditional brief fees, daily rates, hourly rates and where appropriate, conditional fees. The are two types of direct access to barristers for legal services.
Members of professional organisations and others licensed by the Bar Council can instruct direct under the Licensed Access Rules.
Anyone can instruct a barrister directly under the Public Access Scheme.
