Staycations and the liability of occupiers

Lucy Wyles and Henry Morton Jack will review the principles and caselaw relating to personal injury claims brought by domestic tourists, including the application of the Package Travel Regulations and recent decisions as to the Occupiers’ Liability Act 1957.

We would be delighted if you could join us. We will start promptly at 6pm. The seminar will last about 1 hour and will be followed by drinks and canapés.

We will be holding this seminar at the Malmaison Hotel, Piccadilly, Manchester M1 1LZ on Wednesday 1st February at 5.30pm. Should this be more convenient we would be very pleased to see you there.
